Terms & Conditions
Terms governing access to and use of OneWorkspace AI services.
Last updated: 25 July 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using OneWorkspace AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable order form, subscription agreement, acceptable-use policy or data-processing terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing user permissions within your workspace.
Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with documentation and subscription limits. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected components or use the platform to violate the rights of others.
Customer content and data
You retain ownership of content and business data submitted to the service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that information solely to provide, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and permissions associated with submitted content.
Subscriptions, fees and taxes
Paid services are billed according to the selected plan or written agreement. Fees, renewal terms, usage limits and cancellation conditions are provided at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclude applicable taxes.
Trials and beta features
Trials, previews and beta features may be limited, modified or discontinued at any time. They may not include all security, support, availability or performance commitments provided with generally available paid services.
Third-party services
The platform may connect with third-party tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes or outages outside our control.
Intellectual property
OneWorkspace AI, its software, designs, documentation, trademarks and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service during an active subscription, no rights are transferred to you.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential business, technical or commercial information from the other. The receiving party must protect that information and use it only for the purposes of the relationship, except where disclosure is legally required.
Service availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may perform maintenance, update features, improve security or change service components. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be handled according to applicable agreements.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity, material breach or conduct that threatens the service or other users. On termination, access ends and data handling will follow the applicable agreement and retention policy.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. Any aggregate liability will be limited as stated in the applicable agreement or, if none applies, to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify OneWorkspace AI against third-party claims arising from unlawful customer content, misuse of the service or violation of these terms, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.
Governing terms and disputes
The governing law, venue and dispute process may be specified in an order form or written agreement. Where none is specified, applicable law will determine the appropriate jurisdiction and process.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect legal, security or service changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after an effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
